Welcome to our Child Law Website

As Solicitors who specialise in child law issues, we will do everything in our power to advise, assist and represent you when dealing with your most personal and important asset - your children.  We know how much the welfare of your children matters to you and we are committed to providing advice and information to help you resolve issues in a discreet, sympathetic and honest way.

The Act that deals with issues surrounding child law is the The Children Act 1989.  This Act gives the Courts powers over matters involving children such as deciding :

Of course it is always in everybody's best interests to try and resolve matters without applying to the Court.  Sometimes however this is simply not possible and legal advice and representation is essential.
