Welcome to our child law websiteExclusion Orders

What is an Exclusion Order?

This is an Order that Social Services can apply for to have a person that they believe is a danger to a child removed from the child's home.   This may be included within another Order such as an Emergency Protection or Supervision Order and can only be made if the parent agrees and they must make sure that the person leaves and stays away.
