offer an online service for divorce matters. This service is available to those in receipt of Legal Aid
or on a fixed fee basis if paying privately.
Unlike some online divorce services offered, we
deal with the divorce on your behalf and answer any queries you may have and advise you on all the
Legal aspects.
Your online divorce will include the following services: - All drafting and preparing of documents including, Divorce
Petition, Statement of Arrangements for Children if required or Certificate of Reconciliation
Arranging for documentation to be issued at Court Dealing with all queries by email and telephone After
your husband/wife is served, notifying you and then dealing with the drafting of the Special Procedure Affidavit - Applying for Decree Nisi/Decree Absolute
