EPCs
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) have been introduced as the Government as part of a HIP to assist in improving the
energy efficiency of properties. Even if the property is not required to have a HIP (for instance if the property has
not been marketed) an EPC will still be required by law.
The EPC provides a rating from "A" to
"G" with "A" being the most energy efficient and "G" being the least.
When you instruct us to prepare a HIP our accredited Energy Assessor Jeremy
Barlow will contact you to arrange to attend the property. He will then email the
EPC over to us which will then form part of your HIP.
