We can carry out family and crime work under the Legal Aid Scheme. This means that
if you are in reciept of a low income or benefits, some or all of our fees will be paid by the Legal Services Commission,
although if you recover or keep property as a result of your case you may have to pay some or all of your Legal Aid costs
back (this is known as the Statutory
Charge).
