Fixed Fees for Drink Driving Cases

If you are unable to claim Legal Aid, we can provide work on a fixed fee. This means that for all the work we do for you, including telephone calls, letters and representation at court we will only charge you one fee.

For a guilty plea in Drink Driving cases we shall charge £176.00 including VAT

For a not guilty plea in Drink Driving cases we would charge £587.50 including VAT

Fixed Fees for other matters

If you cannot get Legal Aid then we can provide fixed fees for other matters. We can provide you with a quotation upon request.

We cover the following Nottingham Police Stations:

Carlton Nottingham

Newark

Mansfield

We cover the following Derbyshire Police Stations:

Ripley Police Station

St Mary's Wharf Police Station, Derby

We cover the following Leicester Police Stations

Loughborough Police Station

Leicester Police Station

We will also cover other Police Stations if used as a custody suite and other police stations further afield. We have a highly efficient police station team.

Attendances at Magistrates, Crown Courts, Youth Courts & Prisons

We will attend at Nottingham Magistrates Court, Derby Magistrates Court, Mansfield Magistrates Court and other local Courts.

In addition, we represent clients at both Nottingham, Derby & Leicester Crown Courts (see further details below). We also cover all Youth Courts.

Legal Aid

We provide Legal Aid which is usually available for Police Station work whatever your income. To find out more about Legal Aid click here or telephone us on 0800 1071 207. If you are in receipt of benefits or a low income then you may be eligible for Legal Aid which will cover all our fees.

Representation at Crown Court

Our Team

Finbarr Hennessy is the supervisor of the criminal department. Finbarr deals with Police Station and Magistrates Court Matters.
Diana Frempong is a Partner and deals with Police Stations and Magistrates Court matters.
Oliver Hunter is a Solicitor and deals with Crown Court, Magistrates Court and Police Station matters. Oliver is also a Solicitor Advocate Higher Courts (Criminal) which means that he can represent people in the Crown Court.
Mick Loxton is a Paralegal and deals with Police Stations, Crown Courts and appointments.
