If you are unable to claim Legal Aid, we can provide
work on a fixed fee. This means that for all the work we do for you, including telephone calls, letters
and representation at court we will only charge you one fee.

We will attend at Nottingham Magistrates Court, Derby Magistrates Court, Mansfield Magistrates
Court and other local Courts.
we represent clients at both Nottingham, Derby & Leicester Crown Courts (see further details below). We also cover
all Youth Courts.
We provide Legal Aid which is usually available

you are in receipt of benefits or a low income then you may be eligible for Legal Aid which will cover all our fees.
Representation at Crown Court
