Property & Finances on Separation

Despite what many people believe, there is no such thing as a "Common Law wife" and matters are not always straightforward just because a couple has been co-habiting. 

We can assist and advise if you have have already made an agreement in relation to your finances and property and wish to record this arrangement.  Alternatively, if there is a dispute over who is entitled to what from the property and finances we can advise you as to what you are entitled to and act on your behalf.
