We provide Legal Aid for Family Law and Criminal Law. This means that our costs for carrying out work in your case are paid for by the Legal Aid Agency. We can calculate whether you are eligible for Legal Aid at your appointment or by telephone.

Who can claim Legal Aid?

You may be eligible for Legal Aid automatically for certain types of Family Law depending on your financial circumstances. We will be able to tell you whether or not you qualify for Legal Aid or alternatively if the issues you have fall within the scope of Legal Aid that we can offer you.
