Free Attendances at Police Stations

We cover all Nottingham Police Stations, including the Bridewell, Oxclose Lane, Carlton, Ripley, Mansfield, St Mary's Wharf, Derby, Newark & Loughborough. We will also cover other Police Stations further afield. We have a highly efficient police station team.

Attendances at Magistrates, Crown Courts, Youth Courts & Prisons

We also provide attendance at all the above Courts together with any advice that may be required beforehand. If you would like to discuss this further please contact us.

Legal Aid

We provide Legal Aid which is usually available for Police Station work whatever your income. To find out more about Legal Aid click here. If you are in receipt of benefits or a low income then you may be eligable for Legal Aid which will cover all our fees.

Fixed Fees

If you are unable to claim Legal Aid, we can provide work on a fixed fee in certain cases. This means that for all the work we do for you, including telephone calls, letters and representation at court we will only charge you one fee.

For a guilty plea in DRINK DRIVING cases we shall charge £176.25 (including VAT).
For a not guilty plea in DRINK DRIVING cases we would charge £500.00 (plus VAT) subject to terms & conditions

You can simply telephone us direct on 0115 9247022 to arrange a free 1/2 hour appointment with one of our solicitors or paralegals. We will then discuss the details of your case with you and assess you for Legal Aid.

Our Team

Finbarr Hennessy is the supervisor of the criminal department. Finbarr deals with most of our Police Station and Magistrates Court Matters.
Diana Frempong is a Partner and deals with Police Stations, Crown Court and Magistrates Court matters.
Oliver Hunter is a Solicitor who deals mainly with Crown Court matters although he also attends Police Stations & Magistrates Court.
Mick Loxton is a Paralegal and deals with Police Stations, Crown Court and appointments.
