Rental Management Service. We know how important it is to reply promptly to landlords and tenants enquiries and we aim to
provide an efficient and cost effective service. Please note that we do not deal with student lettings. We do however cover
all lettings in the Greater Nottingham area and also cover Ashfield Mansfield and Newark. We carry out the following services:-
Collection of rent and sending it to you less management costs
Arranging to collect a deposit and placing it with the Deposit Protection
Scheme
Arranging to carry out an inventory check
Arranging for and notifying you of any maintenance or repairs
Arranging for a quarterly inspection and reporting to you
Serving a notice terminating the tenancy if required
Arranging for renewal of tenancy if appropriate
Dealing with any deposit disputes
Dealing with any other issues that may arise
Our fees for management are:-
Fixed Fees
Management fees over up to

per month is 7% of the rent received and VAT at 20%

Property maintenance. We shall obtain quotes for any maintenance or repair work from our register
