We are a firm of Solicitors who have been established for over 20 years.  The firm is run by four partners who are Stephen Campion, Diana Frempong, Samantha Honeywood and Daniel Priest all of whom are Solicitors.  Our conveyancing team deal with conveyancing and conveyancing only.  They are highly experienced and we can deal with conveyancing transactions all over the UK.

We are not an Internet only company. We do not have call centres and we are not a company that "farms out" work to solicitors.  We believe in providing clients with a personal service and named contacts that are available by phone, letter, fax, email or face to face contact, whatever the client prefers.

We deal with all types of residential freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing, Remortgages, Right to Buys, Shared Ownership, Commercial and Property Transfers on Divorce/Separation.

• Honest Quotes

We believe in providing clients with a true picture of the likely costs and expenses involved in their transaction.  We have included as much information as possible in our online quotes to ensure that the client is given as much information as possible about the true cost of Searches and other expenses. 

You may have had online quotes with "solicitors fees" as low as £140.  These figures seem too good to be true and unfortunately they are.  If you read the additional information you are likely to be charged extra for dealing with the mortgage lender or dealing with the Stamp Duty Land Tax Form - this is a fee that is payable to the Solicitor and not a third party. We will never charge you extra for dealing with this work and all work is included within our fee. 

• Low Fees

We are an established firm which specialise in conveyancing.  We do not pay referral fees to Estate Agents which means that we are able to keep our fees low so that we do not have to compromise on service.

• Regulated

We are fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and as such you can be assured that we stick to very stringent standards of conduct.  You can view their Professional Conduct Rules here.
