Dan Priest
Dan has been with us since 2002 and is a partner with the firm. He is a trained Resolution Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator. He specialises in Divorce, Separation, Financial Disputes in Family cases, Unmarried couples in Property Disputes and Pre-Nuptual Agreements.
Dan also deals with high value assets and is in a unique position of having extensive experience dealing with financial disputes arising as a result of Civil Partnership disputes and same sex relationships.
Dan is a Resolution family mediator with experience mediating over children issues, financial matters, divorce, same sex mediator and domestic issues that are suitable for mediation. He also deals with Cohabitation Agreements. Dan volunteers at the local Law Centre.

Katie is a Solicitor. She specialises in child law and injunctions. Katie has achieved specialist status under the Resolution Scheme. The Scheme is recognised as the most stringent test of expertise in particular areas of family law practice. Katie has also obtained an NVQ Level 3 in British Sign Language. Katie also deals with divorce and financial issues.
